StrokLab uses plain outer packaging so the product is not identified on the outside of the parcel. Available services, delivery estimates, and any shipping charge are shown during checkout.
Free US shipping over $99
Qualifying orders shipping within the United States receive free standard shipping when the merchandise subtotal is more than $99.
Plain outer packaging
External packaging is designed to be discreet and does not display the intimate product name.
Tracking
When carrier tracking is available, it is sent to the email address used at checkout after the order has been prepared for shipment.
Address accuracy
Review the delivery address before paying. If a correction is needed, contact support immediately; changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.
Delays and delivery issues
Carrier estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, holidays, service interruptions, or an incomplete address. If tracking has not updated or a parcel appears lost, email support@stroklab.com with the order number so the shipment can be reviewed.
Import duties, local restrictions, and delivery availability outside the United States depend on the destination and the options offered at checkout.
